Every Master Roofers installation includes a 10-year written workmanship warranty covering any defect in installation quality — including improper nailing, missed sealing, flashing failures, or any condition attributable to how the roof was installed rather than how the material performed. This is in addition to the shingle manufacturer’s product warranty, which runs 30 years to Lifetime depending on the product selected. Both warranties are transferable if you sell the property during the warranty period.
