Yes. We have completed projects in and adjacent to Dedham’s local historic district and are familiar with the Historic District Commission’s design guidelines for roofing materials. Our HDC submissions include material samples, manufacturer specifications, and precedent photographs from similar approved projects. We begin HDC consultation as soon as a project is contracted to avoid delays in the overall timeline.
