Master Roofers crews are very responsive, and took the time to inspect and repair our aging roof. The excessive winter and ice presented some difficult condition, but the team work through the leaks, and plugged them all. Great work and timely response by the crew.

We are very pleased with Master Roofers. Extremely thorough inspection and we were provided with a detailed description of scope of work with photos. Work was performed yesterday. Justin and David were friendly and also very thorough, experienced and knowledgeable. They were considerate of the inside of our home. They stayed late to get some extra work done that they observed needed repair after winter storms, which we greatly appreciated. Great communication with us through the entire process. Thank you so much.

Master Roofer’s motto is “If the customer is happy, we’re happy.” I heard this several times. They clearly strive hard to achieve this goal. Master Roofers installed a new roof, replaced three skylights, replaced trim, and installed some gutters, etc., all in the extreme cold of February! The entire process was very transparent. Jim Cutter went out of his way to come to our house, listen to our needs, and prepared a proposal with several options for us to evaluate. Stephanie efficiently guided us through the online process of reviewing the contract and making our selection. Once we accepted the proposal and paid the deposit, the date for our job was set in a short amount of time. Louis, his crew, and Tim arrived on time and completed the entire job in a few days. They were extremely polite, highly skilled, and very professional. It was a pleasure to communicate with them as the job proceeded – again “If the customer is happy, we’re happy.” They did an excellent job of cleaning up and all we are left with is an amazing-looking new roof, fabulous skylights, and the peace of mind that our house is now safe from the elements for years to come.
Response from the owner:Thank you, John, for the wonderful 5-star review and for highlighting our “If the customer is happy, we’re happy” motto. We’re glad Jim, Stephanie, Louis, Tim, and the crew could provide clear options, timely service in the extreme cold, and a thorough cleanup. It’s great to hear the new roof and skylights look amazing and give you peace of mind. Please reach out anytime if you need anything else or have questions about your roof.

Master Roofers just finished our new roof and we are very happy!
Dave the Site Manager was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained things to me and answered my questions as the project progressed.
The rest of the crew worked well together and did a great job of cleaning up all the construction trash when they were done. They even blew dirt and debris that fell into my garage while cutting for the ridge vent- I appreciated that a lot. We are very happy with the work Master Roofers did and will recommend them in the future!

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Master Roofers offer a transferable warranty on Belmont, MA installations?
Yes. Our 10-year workmanship warranty is fully transferable to a new homeowner if the property is sold during the warranty period. The shingle manufacturer’s warranty is also transferable (though some manufacturers charge a small transfer fee). In Belmont’s competitive real estate market, a transferable roof warranty is a genuine selling point that buyers and their agents recognize.
What is the average cost of roof replacement in Belmont, MA?
Roof replacement in Belmont typically ranges from $11,000 to $24,000 for single-family homes, reflecting the larger footprints and more complex rooflines common in the town. Premium material selections — synthetic slate, metal, or copper accent elements — can push total project cost higher. Master Roofers provides fully itemized free estimates and will show you multiple material options at different price points.
Does Master Roofers coordinate with general contractors on exterior renovation projects in Belmont, MA?
Yes. Belmont’s active renovation market means many of our projects run alongside siding, window replacement, and painting work. Master Roofers communicates directly with your GC to sequence roof installation before siding and schedule gutter installation after both are complete. We show up on time, complete on schedule, and don’t disrupt adjacent trades — coordination is part of our standard Belmont service.
