Great experience from start to finish. The glass in my skylight shattered. John Burton kept in contact with me througout the process and answered all my questions. Chris fitted me in to their production schedule. Jordan and Shane came out today and were professional and respectful of my property. Highly recommend.

Whenever I call master rufers for a commercial service call, they respond very quickly and Evan. And his son, who generally show up to do the repairs. Do an awesome job and there follow-up is most excellent.

Master Roofers crews are very responsive, and took the time to inspect and repair our aging roof. The excessive winter and ice presented some difficult condition, but the team work through the leaks, and plugged them all. Great work and timely response by the crew.

Master Roofer’s motto is “If the customer is happy, we’re happy.” I heard this several times. They clearly strive hard to achieve this goal. Master Roofers installed a new roof, replaced three skylights, replaced trim, and installed some gutters, etc., all in the extreme cold of February! The entire process was very transparent. Jim Cutter went out of his way to come to our house, listen to our needs, and prepared a proposal with several options for us to evaluate. Stephanie efficiently guided us through the online process of reviewing the contract and making our selection. Once we accepted the proposal and paid the deposit, the date for our job was set in a short amount of time. Louis, his crew, and Tim arrived on time and completed the entire job in a few days. They were extremely polite, highly skilled, and very professional. It was a pleasure to communicate with them as the job proceeded – again “If the customer is happy, we’re happy.” They did an excellent job of cleaning up and all we are left with is an amazing-looking new roof, fabulous skylights, and the peace of mind that our house is now safe from the elements for years to come.

Had Joel and Bud come out for some roof leaks they both worked hard to find and fix the leaks, I have worked with them before and I can’t say enough about them both men are outstanding they never fail. Thank you both

Master Roofers just finished our new roof and we are very happy! Dave the Site Manager was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained things to me and answered my questions as the project progressed. The rest of the crew worked well together and did a great job of cleaning up all the construction trash when they were done. They even blew dirt and debris that fell into my garage while cutting for the ridge vent- I appreciated that a lot. We are very happy with the work Master Roofers did and will recommend them in the future!

Master Roofers replaced 2 aging Velux skylights with beautiful, energy efficient solar Velux skylights with shades. Pat, Tim & crew were pleasant, extremely competent, & true craftsmen. They were courteous & treated our home as if it was theirs & cleaned up beautifully leaving behind a work of art. They even matched our roof shingles perfectly making us see why they are masters when it comes to roofs & skylights. Highly recommended.

Working with Nick Vincent and his follow up and attention to detail has been amazing! He responds immediately and has been great in giving us his input and expertise. Would highly recommend giving Nick and Master Roofers an opportunity to quote your Roofing needs. We are scheduled for install of Roof and Skylights on 10/25/2024! WE expect that the installation will be as seamless as it has been working with Nick so far. Will provide an update after install too! Great Service! Looked up one day and the gutter trough popped out of the down spout. Called , next day tech was there. He checked the hanger. adjusted and placed the parts together. I now ready for rain. Price was right.

Matt and his team did a great job installing my roof. They were fast and efficient and very easy to work with. John came out and gave a quote and everything fell into place from there.

Dan from Master Roofers is super friendly, experienced and patient! I reported some water marks on the ceiling. He and his associate came by on a hot summer day, found the spots on the roof ridge and fixed them right away. Very happy with their service!

Had a great experience with Master Roofers replacing three old Andersen skylights with new Velux units. The sales person came out quickly for the estimate and sent a detailed quote the next day. Scheduling was easy, the crew showed up on time ready to work and replaced all three skylights in one day.
